How to use Find + Use LinkedIn Planning with Plann

With Plann you can build a strategy, plan out, and schedule all of your amazing LinkedIn content to be auto-posted! If you've already connected your LinkedIn account to Plann, here's how to create your first post:

  1. From your Plann home page, select the LinkedIn logo at the top of the screen.

  2. Upload your media by clicking on the big "+" button.

  3. Craft your caption - you can use our AI Caption Generator to make it even better!

  4. Add your preferred hashtags.

  5. Now click on "Custom time" and select the date and time you would like this content to be published.

  6. Select "Schedule post".

  7. That's it! You have scheduled your LinkedIn content and we will auto-post it for you on the selected date and time :D

Below, you will find all the specs and restrictions for auto-posting to LinkedIn.

  • Images can be uploaded in JPG, GIF, and PNG formats

  • Videos can be uploaded in .mp4 format

  • Video duration can be 3 seconds minimum and 30 minutes maximum

LinkedIn Business Pages:

  • Text-only posts (up to 1300 characters in the caption)

  • Text with Image posts (up to 9 images in one post, built as a carousel)

  • Video Post (please keep the file size under 200MB)

LinkedIn Personal Pages:

  • Text-only posts (up to 1300 characters in the caption)

  • Text with Image posts (up to 9 images in one post, built as a carousel)
