Canva designs are a simple but effective way to create engaging content curated for your audience. Designs created in Canva can either be saved to your Plann Media Collections or directly on our Plann Workspace grid.
Any designs created within Plann will be saved to your Plann account and not your Canva account.
Please note: You will need to have a Canva account before creating designs within Plann. If you already have one, simply follow the prompts on the screen and sign into your Canva account. Whatever account you're signed into on the Canva website is the account that will show up in Plann.
If you don't have one, you can sign up from within Plann by clicking the Canva button or on the Canva website.
Saving Canva Designs to Plann Media Collections

The instructions below show you how to save Canva Designs into your Media Collection(s):
Create a design by clicking on the '+' symbol to add media
Select the 'Canva' button as a media source (*see below)
You'll be redirected to your account in Canva where you can edit your custom design.
Once complete, select 'Publish'
Your work will appear in your Plann Media Collection
From here, you can create a caption & schedule to post to Instagram.
