Find out how to create and schedule your time-based links using EasyLink. These are links that can appear and disappear at specific times set by you. Magic!
Our Plann Plus subscription allows you to schedule your links through your EasyLink workspace. Scheduling your links allows you to post the right content at the right time or date. This could be scheduling a product link to align with a sale or promotion your business is running at a certain date/time.
They’re perfect if you’re running a sale that ends at midnight on Sunday, while you’re away, or when you know the stock is running low. We’ll help you keep your page fresh instead of having to log in and figure it out when you’re busy.
To schedule a link on your EasyLink, follow the instructions below:
Log into your EasyLink page
Click on the 'Links' tab from the top menu panel
Select 'New Simple Link' from the options
Give your Simple Link a title and add a website URL
Click on the 'Schedule a time-based link' option so the toggle button turns on
You will know it is turned on when it turns blue
Select a Start date & time
Select an End date & time
Select 'Save Link'
Hey presto! Your link will be scheduled for your preferred time and date.
To schedule a Visual Link, follow the instructions below:
Log into your EasyLink page
Go to the 'Links' section from the top menu panel
Click on the New Visual Link option
Click on the Single Card option
Add a Title to the Link
Add a Description to the link
Add a Website URL
Add a Button Name
Add an image using the Upload Media button OR pick a background colour for the Visual Link*
Choose the Font Color
Click on the 'Schedule a time-based link' option so the toggle button turns on. You will know it is turned on when it turns blue
Select a Start date & time
Select a End date & time
Select 'Save Link'

*You can only select one option. Either upload a background image or pick a background color for your Visual Link.
