So you're not getting 'Time to Post' notifications? That's frustrating and not at all the Plann experience we want for you!
Before reaching out to our support team, can you please double-check you've allowed permissions for the Plann App to send you notifications?
How? On your phone, visit:
Settings
App Permissions
Plann
Make sure notifications are allowed for Plann
Additionally, if you’re really low on battery, some devices decide to turn off notifications to preserve your battery life which can mean you might miss your Plann post notification.
