We work closely with Meta to show you everything you need to grow your Instagram.

To be able to show you advanced performance data, we connect to Facebook via their Graph API, where they will only provide extensive data to those with an Instagram Business account linked to a Facebook Business Page.

Here are the benefits you'll find in Plann when connecting your Instagram Business page:

Do you already have an Instagram account that you want to link to Plann, but you would like to check your account type and ensure you are correctly set up?

Here's a video tutorial to help you get ready to access all the great features that Plann has to offer:

If after following all the steps you are still not seeing your Facebook Page or Instagram account listed in Plann, please make sure that all of your Facebook permissions are turned on.

When you click to add an account to Plann:

  1. Click "Reauthorize Facebook"

  2. Click on Edit Settings on the Facebook pop-up

  3. Make sure that all of the accounts that you want to connect are Selected (or click Select All)

  4. Click Next

  5. Same thing on this page (Make sure the Facebook pages you want connecting are all selected)

  6. Click Next

  7. Make sure that all of the permissions are toggled on to "yes" for Plann to work properly

  8. Then click done

  9. At this point, your list should refresh and show the Instagram account that you would like to connect.

To add a Facebook Business Page to Plann, follow these steps!
