We would hate to see you leave Plann! What happened?

Still need to cancel?

Depending on the service you used to purchase Plann (website, iOS App store, or Google Play Store) there will be slightly different ways to downgrade your account to free and cancel any active subscriptions.

To do this, you'll need to visit the same service you used to activate your subscription.

Cancelling your iOS subscription:

  1. On your Apple device, click on the App Store

  2. Select Subscriptions

  3. Select Plann

  4. Select Cancel Subscription

​Cancelling your Android subscription

  1. Log into your Google Play Store

  2. Select Account

  3. Select My Subscriptions

  4. Choose Plann

  5. Select Manage

  6. Select Cancel Subscription

To find out more on viewing, changing or cancelling Google Subscriptions, visit the Google support page.

Please note: Plann App subscriptions are managed directly through either Apple or Google.

Plann can not cancel your active paid subscription or restore a cancelled subscription that has been purchased through one of the App Stores.
