How To: Upgrade or downgrade your subscription

We know that businesses are constantly changing, teams grow and priorities are redefined. That's why your Plann subscription is easily customizable and can be adjusted to keep up with the pace of your company and its goals.

To upgrade or downgrade your desktop subscription:

  1. Navigate to your Profile icon (top right-hand side of your screen) and click "Settings"

  2. Scroll down to "Billing Details"

  3. Click "Manage Subscription"

  4. Choose the new tier that’s right for you, or remove or add extras

  5. Click "Continue to Checkout".

  6. You can then complete the checkout process.

P.S: If you downgrade your desktop subscription, our payment system will prorate the difference and the remaining credits will reflect on your next billing cycle.
