A Placeholder is a great tool when planning out what to post. For example, we have ready-made placeholders with topics such as lifestyle, product, inspiration etc - but you can also create your own to customize your grid the way you want (with our help).

Add Placeholder to Plann:
Login to Plann
Click the + Sign
Select 'Placeholder'
Choose from existing Strategy tiles, or create a new Placeholder
Select the color + create a Placeholder title
Write notes, caption, or post ideas
Drag + Drop media on top of placeholder when you're ready!
When you’re ready to add videos or images to your idea, it’s incredibly easy to use Plann to swap out your placeholder for media.
Just like normal strategy tiles, simply drag the file you’d like to use (from your media collection, or from your desktop!) and drop it over the top of your strategy tile, or placeholder.
