Ready to create, schedule and post to Facebook + Instagram from the Plann app? Here's how!

With Plann, you will be able to keep all your socials organized by planning your posts for weeks (even months!) in advance. Let's get you started and posting across each platform.

Create and schedule a post for Facebook

You've connected your Facebook Business page to the Plann app, and now you're ready to create your first post... how exciting!

Here's how to create + schedule a post for Facebook on the Plann app:

  1. First of all, switch to your Facebook workspace by clicking on your profile icon

  2. Select your Facebook account

  3. Click on the + sign

  4. Upload or choose media to add to your post

  5. You can upload media from your device, import media from one of the sources you see or browse our free content library

  6. Proceed to edit the image and create the caption

  7. Check out our social starters with hundreds of pre made captions in case you don't know what to write

  8. Once you're happy with your post, you're ready to post it!

  9. Click on the best time to post option or the schedule button

  10. Go ahead and save your post, making sure you double check if it was scheduled for the correct date and time

  11. That's it!

Create and schedule a post for Instagram

You've connected your Instagram account to the Plann app, and now you're ready to create your first post... let's do it!

Learn how to create + schedule a post for Instagram on the Plann app:

  1. Click on the + sign on the bottom of the screen

  2. Upload or choose media to add to your post

  3. You can upload media from your device, import media from one of the sources you see or browse our free content library

  4. Proceed to edit the image and create the caption

  5. Check out our social starters with hundreds of pre made captions in case you don't know what to write

  6. Now you're ready to add the hashtags!

  7. Click the hashtag button and search through your saved sets or find a set that fits your niche or brand in our hashtag suggestions library

  8. Once you find a set, you can either add this up to your caption or your first comment, as well as copy it or save it

  9. Once you finish with the captions, you can add a first comment, tag accounts and add a location

  10. Once you're happy with your post, you can go ahead as schedule it

  11. Click on the best time to post option or the schedule button

  12. You can let us know if you want this content to be auto-posted and also if you want it to be shared on Facebook, by making sure the toggle is selected for the desired option

  13. Click save and that's it, you've scheduled a post!
