How To: Cancel your Plann subscription

We’re sorry to see you go — but we understand that sometimes things change!
Below you’ll find step-by-step instructions to cancel your Plann subscription, whether you signed up via our website or mobile app.

Important

This article applies only to users who registered directly through plannthat.com.

If you access the Social Planner through your Linktree subscription, your account and billing are managed through Linktree’s dashboard.

Canceling your Plann subscription (Web App)

If you purchased your Plann subscription directly via plannthat.com, follow these steps to cancel your desktop subscription:

  1. Log in to your Plann Desktop account.

  2. Click your profile avatar in the top right-hand corner of your workspace.

  3. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

  4. Scroll to the very bottom of the page.

  5. Click on Cancel Paid Subscription.

That’s it! Your subscription will be cancelled, and you’ll retain access to your Workspace until the end of your current billing period.


Canceling Your Plann Subscription (Mobile App)

If you subscribed through the iOS App Store or Google Play Store, you’ll need to cancel directly through your device’s subscription settings.

Canceling via iOS (Apple)

  1. Open the App Store on your Apple device.

  2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.

  3. Select Subscriptions.

  4. Tap Plann.

  5. Select Cancel Subscription.

Canceling via Android (Google Play)

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.

  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right-hand corner.

  3. Select Payments and SubscriptionsSubscriptions.

  4. Tap Plann.

  5. Select Cancel Subscription.


Please Note

  • Mobile App subscriptions are managed directly through Apple or Google.

  • The Plann team cannot cancel or restore subscriptions purchased through the App Stores.

  • Once cancelled, you’ll keep access to Plann until your current billing period ends.
