Plann makes it easy to set a default timezone for each Brand you manage — so your scheduled posts always go live at the right time, no matter where in the world your audience (or your clients) are.
How to Set or Change a Brand’s Default Timezone
Follow these simple steps:
Click your profile picture in the top right-hand corner of your Plann dashboard.
Go to your Settings page.
Select Your Brands.
Find the brand you want to update.
Click the pencil icon ✏️ next to that brand’s connected accounts.
Locate the Default Timezone field and choose your preferred timezone from the list.
All done! Your changes will be saved automatically.
What Happens After You Update Your Timezone
Once you update a brand’s timezone:
It will apply across your every social platform connected to that brand.
All team members who have access to that brand will automatically see and use the same timezone.
This means everyone can view, schedule, and analyze posts together in one consistent timezone. No confusion, no mismatched schedules!
All your scheduled content will now publish according to your selected timezone, ensuring each post goes live exactly when you planned.
Tip: You can set a different timezone for each brand, perfect if you manage multiple clients or audiences across various regions!
