How To: Create and manage Media Collections

Find out how to properly manage your Media Collections.

Media Collections are folders where you upload and store all your beautiful content all in one place. This makes it easy to add media when you're crafting a post from the create page as it's organized by collection - especially posts for a specific event, campaign, or theme.

Media Collections are great for:

  • Uploading bulk media to access later

  • Creating content "buckets" with your collections categorized so you never have to search for what you want

  • Easy access to media when you're on the go

  • and more!

Create and manage your Media Collections

  1. Select Media Collection for either your posts or stories

  2. Click the '+ Add Collection' button

    1. A new folder will be created.

  3. Type in a name for your folder

    1. You can edit and change the name of the folder at any time!

  4. Click the '+ Add Images' to your folder

    1. Add media from multiple sources including: Uploads, Collections, Dropbox, Free Content

You can add additional Tags or Notes to each collection to help organize them for specific content posting. To learn all about Tags, Notes and how to properly utilize them, you can watch the video below.

Delete a Media Collection

  1. Select Media Collection for either your posts or stories.

  2. Hover over the title of the Media Collection

    1. Select the red X that appears on the right-hand side

  3. A 'Delete Collection' pop up will appear

    1. Click the 'Delete' button

Please note: Deleting a media collection is final and can not be undone! All contents within the folder will be unable to be recovered.
