Follow the instructions below to find out how to reply to your audience in Plann:
Select the 'Reply' button in the top bar navigation.
Choose the Image/Media you'd like to reply to comments on.
To reply to a Comment or Mention, click the arrow next to the person’s Instagram handle.
That's it! Once you press 'Send' it will send your reply and start the conversation.
