Still need to cancel?

Depending on the service you used to purchase Plann (website, iOS App store, or Google Play Store) there will be slightly different ways to downgrade your account to free and cancel any active and renewing subscriptions.

To do this, you'll need to visit the same service you used to activate your subscription.

Cancel you Desktop subscription

If you purchased the subscription via www.plannthat.com, here's how to cancel your subscription:

  1. Login to your Plann Desktop account

  2. Click your account avatar in the top, right-hand corner of your Plann workspace.

  3. Click on Settings in the dropdown

  4. Scroll to the very bottom until you see the 'Cancel Paid Subscription' section

Cancel your mobile device subscription

If you purchased the subscription via the AppStore or Google Play, here's how to cancel your subscription using your mobile device:

  1. Login to your Plann account on your mobile app

  2. Click on the Plann logo at the top right corner or at the three dots on the bottom right corner

  3. Click on Account Settings

  4. On the right-hand side of the 'Current Plan' section, click on 'View plans'

  5. Look for the Free Plann by using the side arrows or by swiping the screen to the right

  6. Click on 'Downgrade to Free' and confirm by clicking 'Go Free'
