To upgrade or downgrade your Desktop subscription:
1. Navigate to your Profile Icon (top right-hand side of your screen) and click "Settings".
2. Scroll down to "Billing Details", click "CHANGE PLAN", choose the one that’s right for you, then click CHANGE PLAN.
3. You can then complete the checkout process.
P.S: If you downgrade your Desktop subscription, our payment system will prorate the difference.
Just have the Plann App only?
To upgrade or downgrade your App-only subscription:
1. Tap "More" on the bottom tool-bar of the screen, then tap "Accounts Settings".
2. This screen shows your "Current Plan"... click "View Plans" to view other Plann Plus options.
3. You can then choose which plan you would like as well as whether you’d prefer to be billed monthly or annually, then complete the checkout process.
