We all want our online presence to have some personality! With EasyLink's customization options, your profile can easily reflect your businesses branding to stand out from the rest.

How to change your profile image

Let's start with something simple, uploading your profile image. You can choose to upload your image from your computer, a photo from your Plann Media Collections, your DropBox account, a royalty-free image from Pexels, Unsplash or Pixabay or from our Canva integration.

The recommended size for your profile image is 180 x 180 pixels.

Below are the instructions to upload your profile picture:

  1. Log into your EasyLink page

  2. Click on the 'Appearance' tab from the top menu panel

  3. Select Upload Media next to the profile image

  4. Select where to add your media from (Desktop, Media Collections, DropBox, Free Content or Canva)

  5. Select 'Add' once you have chosen your preferred image


How to customise your Profile Header

Your Profile Header will be your businesses information that sits at the top of your EasyLink page.

To change or update your Profile Header, follow the instructions below:

  1. Navigate to the 'Appearance' tab from the top menu panel

  2. Scroll down to 'Main Info'

  3. Add your 'Profile Name'

  4. Add your 'Description'

  5. Add your website link

  6. Watch your updates in real-time from the profile preview on the right-hand side

Tips:

  • Your 'Profile Name' can be your business or brands name

  • Your 'Description' can be a description of your business or any services you offer

  • Your 'Website' link can be any additional websites, such as an official business website or storefront

Something to note: In our Plann Plus subscription, you're able to add a customisable Header Image, customise your button colour, text colour and background colour via custom HEX Codes.
