The suspicious login attempt and security code sent is not from us. They are a security feature and messages from Instagram themselves.
If you see this ''unusual log in'' message/screen, you may be logged into Instagram in multiple apps, across multiple devices or locations, so you would need to follow the below instructions to get logged into the Plann app.
Firstly, please try logging into Plann one more time and when Instagram sends you the code. DO NOT continue logging in.
Instead, log into (or open) your Instagram app and wait until you receive a message from them asking you to confirm that it was you trying to log into Instagram on all devices and locations.
After you regain access to your Instagram account, then you can try logging back into Plann. We recommend waiting a little time (it can take up to 24 hours for some Plann'rs) before logging back in so that Instagram registers your confirmation.
