The instructions below show you how to view and download your invoices and update the billing details of your Plann subscription.
Plann Desktop
Downloading your invoices
Log into your Plann account on your desktop
Click the profile image in the top-right corner
Select Settings
Scroll down to the Billing Details
Click on "View Invoices"
Select the Invoice you would like to download
If you purchased the web app directly from our website, and want to manage your subscription follow these instructions:
Log into your Plann account on your desktop
Click the profile image in the top-right corner
Select Settings
Scroll down to the Billing Details
From here, you can upgrade and/or downgrade your subscription, add extra brands and teammates, and view/download your invoices.
Updating your payment method
To update your payment method, follow these instructions:
Log into your Plann account on your desktop
Click the profile image in the top-right corner
Select Settings
Scroll down to the Billing Details
Select 'Manage Payment Method'
Once you have saved your new payment method, you will be charged to this payment method for all future charges.
Plann App (via the Apple or Google Play Stores)
When a Plann subscription is purchased using your Apple ID via the iOS App Store or using your Google Play Account via the Google Play Store, you are purchasing Plann from the app stores and not Plann directly.
If you have any questions about a receipt, need to change your payment details, downgrade, or remove your account please visit your profile with either the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
