With Canva integrated inside Plann, you can personalize your posts using color codes, font styles, formats, templates and more. It's a great way to be original, creative and establish a consistent brand identity with just a few clicks - all in one place.
Here's how to create and schedule all your posts or stories without leaving Plann:
On Plann Desktop, go to your Instagram Create page
Toggle to the desired tab to create a Post, Story, or Reel
Click on the '+' symbol to add media
On the far right corner, click the 'Canva' button as a media source (You'll need an account with Canva to access this!)
You'll be taken directly to your account in Canva where you can create a custom design.
Once complete, select 'Publish'
Your work will appear in your Plann Workspace. From there, you can add your caption & schedule a time to post!

Here's how to edit a design created in Canva without leaving Plann:
Select the image that was created in Canva
Select the 'Effects' button in the bottom right-hand corner (the wand symbol). You'll be redirected to your Canva account
From here, you can edit your custom design
Once complete, select the 'Publish' button. Your work will appear in your Plann Workspace!

Have an account already? Great! Simply sign in on the Canva pop-up within Plann using your Canva credentials and you'll be good to go. Whatever account you're signed into on the Canva website is the account that will show up in Plann.
