With Plann you can schedule your Instagram Stories (and lots of other content) in advance and relax knowing that you'll have them automatically published to Instagram at the chosen time!
You can schedule both images and videos and even choose to schedule multiple stories through one upload! (Up to 10 pieces of media within 1 upload).
Psst: Each media piece uploaded counts as an individual Story.
To Auto Post your Instagram Stories, make sure that you are using a Instagram Business Account and that your content fits the following specifications:
Image Specifications:
Format: JPEG
File size: 8 MB maximum
Aspect ratio: We recommended 9:16 to avoid cropping or blank space
Video Specifications:
Duration: 60 seconds maximum, 3 seconds minimum
File size: 100MB maximum
Required aspect ratio is between 0.1:1 and 10:1 but we recommend 9:16 to avoid cropping or blank space
Here is how to turn on Auto Posting for all your content.
Because of some Instagram rules, at the moment you won't be able to tag people, locations, external links, products, or add stickers to your Stories, but we will keep an eye out for when they change this!
Pst: Stories Auto Posting is only available for Plann Plus users, and is limited to up to 50 auto posts (total) per day - including all types of content (images, reels, carousels, and stories).
Psst: Auto Posting Stories is currently unavailable for Creator and Personal Instagram accounts.
